in our quotation system database for at least 90 days.
Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or
others, such as your policy coverage, premiums and payment history
If you have shown interest in obtaining a quote in the past you may
receive a courtesy reminder when your current policy approaches the
renewal date.
Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency or insurance
support organization, such as motor vehicle records, credit report
information and claims history When you have asked for a rate
quotation, we may request credit information in accordance with
applicable state law. Agency employees will not have access to the
details of your credit information. When we request credit
information, the inquiry will be reflected in your personal credit
file maintained by credit reporting agencies.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you, as
our customer or former customer, except as described by this notice.
